Information we collect

Account information: your email address and authentication credentials, and any display name, profile photo, and preferences (language, units, theme, timezone) you provide.

Fitness and health data you choose to log: workouts and sets, meals and nutrition, body weight and composition, sleep, hydration, supplements, goals, and progress photos.

Conversations with the AI coach, including text and any photos you send for analysis (for example meal photos).

Technical data: device and browser information, and basic usage and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

To provide the Service: generate coaching, log and display your data, calculate trends, and send the reminders and reports you enable.

To process your messages and photos through AI/large-language-model providers so the coach can respond and analyze content.

To maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to communicate with you about your account and support requests.

AI processing

Coaching responses and photo analysis are generated using third-party AI providers. Content you send to the coach may be transmitted to these providers solely to produce a response.

We do not use your personal training data to train third-party foundation models.

How your data is stored and secured

Your data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL and secure object storage). Every record is protected with row-level security and scoped to your account, so only you can access your data.

Photos are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only through short-lived signed links.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run VARZEK (such as hosting, AI, and push-notification providers), or where required by law.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be used to understand and improve the Service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; deletions cascade across your records.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

VARZEK is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app.
